UNFPA says Chad “has control of its borders”, encouraging “local capacity” building to curtail cross border conflict

Compounded by recent waves of Boko Haram attacks and swarms of Sudanese refugees, UNFPA Deputy Executive Director for Management Andrew Saberton says the humanitarian situation in Chad is deteriorating, necessitating a revitalized approach.
